The ideal candidate would be:

  • Experience preferred but not essential.

  • 1:3 Spring rota extending to 1:8 Sunday rota for off peak months
  • Vehicle can be supplied.
  • Graduate programme available to new vets

  • Registered with VCI
  • Have experience in Dairy practice with good clinical skills.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently on their own initiative.
  • Be a team player with ability to lead specific projects.
  • Have good communication, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Trained in AHI Schemes
  • Interested in bovine fertility – proficient in ultrasound use.
  • Competent to provide basic small animal out of hours cover.
